EUROTARY 87 – Meeting in 2021
Host RC Langenhagen Wedemark
Date: 17th – 19th September 2021.
Dear Rotarian friends.
Because of the Covid 19 pandemic situation we have been oblied to cancel our Eurotary 87 Meeting last year. But we are looking very optimistic forward to summer and autumn when this situation has been solved so far.
For this reason we have tried to make the reservation for same schedule as following:
We are delighted to invite all members of the Eurotary Family to the RC Langenhagen Wedemark.
Save the date: September 17 to 20, 2021!
True to the motto: „Keep Rotary Simple“ we have prepared an exciting program for young and old alike which we can offer for € 880,00 per couple. This time, also our children are heartily welcome.
Those playing golf will already arrive on September 17 already and play at the Golfclub Hainhaus (http://www.golfclub-langenhagen.de/).
All other participants will be met on Friday at 17.00 h at our hotel „Kokenhof“ in Burgwedel (https://www.kokenhof.com/) in order to be allocated to the home parties.
On Saturday, we shall see the „VW Autostadt“ in Wolfsburg (https://www.autostadt.de/). This will be a lot of fun for the children as well.
In the evening, at 19.00 h, we will start our gala event with a speech of our then Past Governor, Dr. Franz Rainer Enste.
Alternatively to our Annual Meeting for our members on Sunday morning there will be a visit to the Hemme Dairy Farm (https://www.hemme-milch.de/home/).
We are sure that this will be a great Eurotary 87 Meeting and would like to thank you for announcing this Save the date in your club.
Please let us know as soon as possible the name of participants by e-mail until June 12th latest. We need to make a final decision whether we can host Eurotary 87 until mid of June as the hotel is not able blocking the rooms any longer for us. Until this moment we have made a reservation for 25 double rooms and 25 single rooms.
