Dear Presidents and Rotarian friends,
Because of the Covid 19 pandemic situation we have received very low response to our invitation and because of the unclear situation of travelling and hygienic rules for meetings and parties we have decided end of May to cancel the Eurotary 87 this year for saving all of our health.
But we have decided to be the host in 2021 again as all the preparation work was done already and just needed to be updated for 2021 if the Eurotary 87 family wants to except our invitation for the next year for September 17 to 19, 2021.
If so, I would be very much delighted receiving the confirmation of the requested contact person of your club we should inform about updated program etc. as soon as possible.
If the general interest is slowing done for such a nice International meetings for taking care of our friendship we would have to accept this as well. But in this case we can save our time and energy. For this reason I would be very happy for getting the detailed information of the person from your Rotary club who wants to be in contact for receiving detailed information for the meeting 2021.
